Address of payer = Billing address?

My card address differs from my current address. My question is, if the address of payer is the billing address? if yes, then if I will leave the field "Address of payer (if different from the principal applicant)" blank.. the officer will use card address and then I risk that payment will not be made, but if I will write the card address, then it will differ from address which I mentioned in the forms. Maybe I need to change the card address to my current address. How to be?

How do you think the billing/payers address is used to charge your CC? The CIO or any other merchant doesn't need any addresses to make a transaction, so stay calm and confident, it won't cause any hiccups.

CC addresses often are used as part of verifications when some tranzactions are made.
