I already posted this question in trackitt, due to urgency and I am duplicate here....
I am planning to land into Canada end of this month and return back to USA. I want to use my friend address to deliver my PR Card, but my friend is planning to move in month time to new address.
Since PR cards issue by Govt, and as per the Canada Post, they don't forward the government issued mail to new address, if we have mail forwarding option (which cost $ 40 per three months). Can you please suggest me, what to do now ?
If PR cards are missing in the mail/post,
- Can we re-apply one more time ?
- Can we travel back to Canada on COPR ?
