Hey guys ( sory I feel like i've been posting way too much here but this stuff is a bit confusing ) . I went to my countr of origin for one month for vacation , during that month technically I left my university housing and didn't really rent any other place until I came back . How should I put it in the address history ? also , we only have to report trips outside of the country of origin and the country of residence so I dont have to report my trip to my country of origin ?
thanks

in case of address history you put only your address of residence. You don't need to put in address history addresses where you were staying during traveling etc.

Yes, you don't need to put in travel history travels between your country of origin and country of residence ( but if you are in Canada on visitor visa, then remember that this is not your country of residence then)

thanks :) ! i'm here on a post graduate work permit so that would mean it's my country of residence i guess ?

I think so. From what I understand of country of residence is where you got a valid residence visa e.g. Work permit, student visa, permanent residence, dependant visa of a work permit holder.

In IMM0008 form, you will indicate there your country(ies) of residence and the validity of the visa. For my case, I am still working in Singapore but my daughter's dependant pass was already revoked 2 years ago so I wrote there the issue and expiry date.

For travels, I only included those outside Singapore (residence) and Philippines (origin).
For address history, include all addresses where you stayed with a valid visa, i.e. address in country of origin and residence.

Correct me if I am wrong.
