Which address to send in citizenship appln if sending thru canada post (registered post)

49 Dorchester or Box 7000?

If you are sending it regular mail or if you use Canada post mail that would not any signature to receive then use the PO BOX address.

If you use a courier or Canada post mail that would need a signature to receive then use courier 49 Dorchester Street address.

I just sent out my application package thru Xpresspost with signature, the Canada Post staff told me to use the PO BOX address, because Xpresspost is still not courier.

In POBox no can sign the receipt to confirm delivery.
It is not courier. But it needs signature for delivery unless you opt out. Had you opted out signature required then POBox address may be okay.
I sent it by Express post to courier address, and received and signed by some DK. No sign of ECAS or EMAIL AOR after 100 days. May be I was wrong to send it to courier address.
