Address disappeared in e-cas after requesting final updates

Hey guys my family's application was started in 2006 and it was delayed about 2 years due to security background .. We already had a medical request in 2009 and it was sent a
Month after .. But there was no response .. 3 weeks ago they sent a letter saying that security background is over and final update is required .. 2 days after all new updates were sent .. Week ago i noticed the disappearence of the address in e-cas .. Does that bring any good news !?

we observed that address disappears when the VO works on the file.
