So now i have things sorted here in canada, do i need to let CIC know my address is now in canada instead of england? I still have people getting my mail in england so it's not important to me, just wondering if it could stand against me if i don't let them know?

Hi, i noticed that no one has answered your question yet so I thought i'd offer some help. I'm not too knowledgeable on address changes, but, I would recommend letting them know, just in case.

I think that if your records indicate england but your infact in canada now, they would want to know about that so they can make the appropriate changes and have your permanently registered under the right address. Couldn't hurt to give them a call, you could also go to your nearest local mp and ask, the one in my city is great, very helpful and could maybe give you a better answer. Hope it helps.
