Additional test for mother help please

Hi all

My mum received a letter from Delhi immigration regarding more tests.

I am so worried I don't know what is wrong.
Mum is generally healthy.
What kind of tests it would be?

Please answer what can be the outcome.

When she first submitted her test at the time of application they performed ECG that time. May be ECG results bit off not sure what's going on.

Did they just mention "Additional Tests" and no further details.
I think they'd have specifically mentioned, what they wanted in additional.

They did repeat X-rays yesterday now my mum seeeing the immigration doctor today as well
