After 1.5 years of waiting my sister got an email in IRCC account asking to provide additional supporting document for employers. Here is how the message looks in original correspondence.


--Client Information: Receipt of information from client. Please provide additional supporting documents for your employer(s) - This must be received at this office by:

We are confused as it is difficult to understand which type of document VO requires for the employer?
Can it be that there is a typo and it must read ----documents from your employer?

If so, what kind of additional documents would you recommend to upload?

After some analysis, we discovered through the internet that her previous company has change the name recently. This could provide background for asking extra documents, what do you think?

We are thinking to ask the company to send to us an official letter with information on when renaming took place. What do you think, could this help?
