Additional Sheet for Application Form

Hi,

I was writing on one of the application forms and I needed more space so I used a continuation sheet (additional sheet).

I have followed all the procedures but I am wondering if me and my wife have to add our signatures and date to the additional sheets?

Don't think it's that necessary to sign it, but it won't hurt, either. What you want to do is clearly head it with your names, DOBs and the number of question on what form the information on the continuation sheet represents.

i (the sponsor) who lived in Canada for many years believe that as long as u sign the main form (it implies that the additional sheets r signed too) no need to sign each and every paper
but hubby here (the applicant) who's coming from a region where anything is possible (by anything i mean all the crazy bad things) and who was over cautious with everything we filled in, thought what if the sheets could b misplaced mishandled and get with other application and other's extra sheets from get with ours....so we signed everything, every extra piece of paper (just the ones attached to the forms)....so now, if u feel more confortable signing the extra sheets i don't think there's any harm....if u feel there's no need, just don't forget to sign the end of each form
