before the hospital send medical results to any visa office (usually 3 weeks after the test), they will contact the applicant or family member IF there are problems (usu. 7 to 10 days after the test). they will not forward problematic results to any visa office unless the applicant has undergone additional tests or has undergone treatment. but it you did not receive any call or email from the testing center/hospital, then it is possible that there are no problems detected
