Hello,
I have found form B4(Personal Effects Accounting Document) and it allows me to list only 8 items. I am now looking for the Additional list of goods(Form BSF-186A) and I am not able to find it so I can use it. Any suggestions or can I list the remainder items on a blank paper ( just a regular paper) and attach to B4 form ? :)

I created the same grid on additional paper and it worked fine.

I wonder if maybe this B4A should be used for additional items:

Or maybe it doesn't matter as long as you have a list.

B4A is the form you should use.

The link to BSF186A actually takes you to a B4A form.

Use one for goods that are with you when you enter and another for those that are joining you later (via moving truck etc).

(and use multiple pages)

You'll see there's also an option to use "mover's list" instead of BSF186A which is indeed correct. If you format it the same way and give them a printout they've accepted it from me in the past.

I just found this link and thought it may be of use for others.
