Hi all
I am completing form No IMM 5406 Additional family information my question is that i have no kids and i am living with my Canadian wife in Seoul and we apply form here out side Canada, so in this form section A Should I mention my name as an Applicant ? or i should write my name in Column Spouse or Common- Low partner?
also i have to mention my mother,father,brothers and sister name in this form?

You are the applicant and your wife spouse..
Even if parents and siblings are not coming to Canada you have to give details as asked. For children put "Not applicable"
