In IMM 5406 form - section A under marital status I only wrote married for me and my wife i didnt write Married-Physically present.

I sent my application two days back. Is this a big mistake that the application will be sent back? Is there anyway to tell cic people over the phone that i made a mistake. Plz help

Honestly? No clue. You might get lucky. When I sent my application in, I realized a few days later that I had forgotten to write *anything* in those boxes. Same with writing in the address for myself and my daughter. The application was not returned, and I was never even asked for an updated copy of the form.

That form could use a bit of a redesign so that at the very least what they want in those boxes will fit in properly without it having to be written by hand.

Do you have any update as to whether this was acceptable? I'm having an issue with the form as in the marital status box there isn't actually room to type 'married-physically present', it just cuts you off and doesn't allow you to type. How are you meant to fit that much text in such a tiny box?!

Print and write 'physically present' by hand.
