Additional family information.

I'm the principal applicant and my wife is the sponsor, so does she have to complete the Additional family information form imm 5406 as well,
or just me? I'm super confused.

Did you notice that this form is only on the Document Checklist for the applicant? It is not listed of the sponsor's Document Checklist.

Be sure to list her on your form as your spouse, even though she is your sponsor.

No, just you, as the PA.

A quick note about the IMM5406: On the top section where you list yourself and your spouse, there's a heading labeled "marital status". CIC wants you to not only put "Married" for you and your wife, they also want a notation whether you were physically present at the wedding or not. "Married - present" should suffice.

Yea, I know - but its what they want since internet and proxy marriage isn't legal in Canada anymore.

I see no heading label lol. And yes, I was present during my own wedding.
