I am applying PR under CEC, I have a query on point 6 (Additional family information) of document checklist . It mentions that completed, dated and signed by everyone in the following list...
Principal applicant
Spouse...
..

My query is I have filled up a form for myself listing out my brothers and sisters,
do I need to fill up separate form for my wife that contains her details pertaining to her brother and sisters and have her signed?
Or should she be signing the form that I filled for myself?

Hi

Your wife should fill up and sign a separate form with details of her brothers/sisters ,etc..

Good luck

hi,
Yes, it is required to give full family details from spousal side. They say that, if in future, if any of the relative would be coming to Canada in those cases, they may verify the documents
