while filling additional family information form for my wife, we came across this issue. her father expired in 2005 and i have mentioed the date in the other form.

now in this form how should we give his details.

Name/Relation/DOB/Place of Birth/Marital Status/Present Address

Name: First Name Last Name (Late)
put Marital Status: Married
Present Address: N/A

Is this the right way to do it.

Hello PankajK;

I suppose that if your wife is the Principal Applicant only then you write in this way.

Thank you.

Schedule 1 for your wife will capture that your wife's father expired on a particulr date.

In additional family information, write marital status as "NOT APPLICABLE" and write an explantion mentioning that he expired and this information hasbeen captured in Schedule 1 as well.

you can write deceased for address. I think they will understand it or you can write n/a and write a letter why.

Hi pankajK

I had same issue, wherein my wife's mother was deceased..

I mentioned as under...
under Address column, I wrote : Deceased on DD/MM/YYYY"

I am the principal applicant
