This form, 5406, says to fill out the names in native language of the principal applicant. I am Canadian born and raised. Does my wife need to translate my name to her native language (Korean) when she fills out the form (she says there is no obvious correct way of doing it)? Or just the Korean (and English) names of her family members who are Korean?
