Hello all!
Nowadays I'm filling out Forms for PR Residence and a little bit stuck with "Additional Family Information IMM5406".
In general there are two questions I'm dealing with.
1. Usually in forms are requested for completion by applicant and spouse there is a checkbox which determines an Applicant or Spouse. In IMM5406 there is no such checkbox. How will be recognized by CIC whether this form was completed by applicant or by spouse?
2. In a guide is explained to indicate “married – physically present” in the marital status box for applicant and spouse. The problem is that there is no enough space in "marital status" box for such a long phrase. What to do?
