Additional Family Information -IMM 5406

My dad has 4 siblings but form only has space to put 3 siblings with their information. Should i just create an extra word document with the information of 4th sibling and attach it..?

YES they like to see sheet otherwise problems. But why Dad's siblings? are you a dependent being sponsored?

They need Family information of Prinicipal applicant and dependent which all the brothers & sister, son or daughter and their parent.
