additional family information imm 5406 quick question

Hi. We are applying for conjugal sponsorship.
Does there have to be 2 'additional family information' pages? i.e. one from sponsor and one from applicant

Only one for the applicant. Make sure you double check the requirements for being in a conjugal relationship. These applications rarely get approved - do a little more research!!
