HI

I have a question. Do me and my spouse need to fill 'additional family information' form individually as in 1 form each or in total one form?

Separate form for me, separate for spouse mentioning our parents and siblings details or only principal applicant mentioning details abt spouse, parents and siblings?

I went through the instruction guide and it's written:

This form must be completed by:

You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

I know it might be a silly question but I don't want to mess up with the application.

thanks in advance

Yes, PA and Spouse needs to fill this form separately mentioning their family members such as bros, sisters, parents

If dependant is 18+, he also need to fill this form
