Question:
What do I have to put in for Marital status? What does it mean?
And do I have to write first the given name or the family name?

and in another form is that question:
Will accompany principal applicant to Canada?
What does it mean and the types? is it for children?

thanks

Marital status is just that. Married, common-law or single. Say, if you have parents who are still married, they would both be "M". They don't specify how to write the name, but it makes more sense to write given name then family name.

For that second question, does the applicant have dependants (children) or in some cases such as parent sponsorship, a spouse accompanying them to Canada. For instance, applicants have children who can't accompany them to Canada due to custody reasons.

thanks so I will write for my parents M for married.
And for me and my sponsor C for Common Law?????????????????

thanks again

No, you write "Married" for married and "Common-law" for common-law...
