Both of these forms state that the principal applicant, his or her spouse, and any dependent children over 18 should complete their own copy of this form.

Does this mean that I woulld complete one form with my information and my spouse who is the principal applicant would complete her own copy? Any help would be appreciated.

Who needs to fill out this form?
This form must be filled out and signed by:

• The principal applicant,
• All dependent children aged 18 or over (whether coming with you to Canada or not).
• Note: if your dependent child is the principal applicant on a sponsorship application, you should complete this form on their behalf regardless of their age.

Only the principal applicant and any principal applicant dependent children aged 18 or over need to fill their copy of the form....the sponsor is not required to fill their copy of the form.
