Ok so I'm glad I looked over the checklist, cause I almost forgot the form. Anyways..... in section A the box for Marital status is too small to type up Married Physically present, then it asks for Mother and Father Married Status but doesn't say what to put in there in the guide. Also If you don't know the address...What do you type in the box then?

If there isn't room in a box to type everything, I would type what I can and then type the full phrase on another sheet of paper with reference to the form and question number. If you don't know the details for someone, such as their address, type that on a separate sheet of paper explaining that you don't know their address and why. As for your mother and father's marital status, I would put either married or single, whichever applies.
