Additional Family Info IMM5406 for passed away family member

Hi there,

I submitted by online PR application for paper based process. During the process my wife passed away & I notified ircc to remove her from application. My challenge is, IRCC keeps asking additional information IMM5406 form for her. I kept sending the form thrice putting details & telling she passed away. But they keep asking same information again & again. Does anyone know what exactly they need ? I tried calling them but it's always same message we are busy, can't transfer.

My condolences first of all. How long since you sent proof that your wife passed away (Death certificate)?
