hello everyone,
IMM 5406 form - additional family information on section A marital status box.
since i am married and we are both together present during the marriage -> from instruction guide of inland.
i must put on marital status box for us is “married – physically present”.
I'm filling out the application then i print it. but thing is if i put this “married – physically present” at the marital status box, then i print the application, it cant be seen on the marital status box. you can only see married - (for my box) & married - physically (for my spouse).
Questions is can i live it blank and finish the imm 5406 form and print then write using a pen on that specific marital status box?
I want to make sure that i filled out correctly. please advise.
