Hello so we've sent our inlamd application last march and they already started processing it however they sent me an email that they'll be needing a document to be received on Nov 11 2021, but unfortunately that police document might take a little while to process it we may past the deadline. My question is i did sumbit a webform asking for extension. Is there any way to know that they agreed to it? Or should I mail it as well?
