Did my test and interview in March 2015 in Mississauga, in which was asked for additional documents. Provided the documents, than received another letter for more documents this time from Montreal office, provided those also. Now the ecas says "Decision Made". Can anyone explain if its a good or a bad sign. can the case officer reject my application on his own or does he have to send it to a judge.

Decision Made is usually viewed as a positive sign. My Personal thought it that your file has been reviewed and you have met all conditions, now it is placed in the queue of files to be picked up and scheduled for Oath.

Can be 50/50 as this can be a oath call as well as a second interview call.
All you need is prayers.

Usually they don't setup second interview after decision made. So 99.99% it is positive decision. That negligible probability is due to some inaccuracies or fraudulent details that CIC may have found. Even then they will not make it as decision made it will be still in process and will be called for CJ interview.

So the OP can be happy. Only thing is the date from DM and Oath is not constant for every applicant. That could be 50/50 early or unto 4 months.
