Additional documents requested but tight deadline

Hi all,

So I am currently in the process of renewing my study permit and have been asked to provide extra documents( transcripts, attendance records and NOA).
I am processing the documents at the moment. But due to COVID 19 its taking longer than usual. I will have all the documents on the day of the deadline which is the 21st of April.

My questions are, will I be able to upload the documents on the day of the deadline?, does the time frame include the 21st? Is there a specific time on that day after which the upload option will no longer be available? Or will it expire after midnight of that day?.

The letter I recieved from IRCC stated:

"this must be recieved at the office by 21.04.2020"

The cic portal with upload tab also states:
"required by: 21st april"
