Hey everyone, On the 21st of July I received a E-mail saying to send extra documents proving me and my partner resided for 12 months together.. I sent all this extra information a few days later..
My question is.. In the e-mail it says "Please allow 3-4 months for us to review incoming correspondence" does it really delay it by this much?
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?
A couple weeks after the e-mail was sent i got a update on e-cas saying medical results had been recieved.. So this must mean they didn't stop working on my case?

(I am applying outland from London,UK office)

Thanks in advance :)

It seems that, most of the time, they get around to things faster than they say. I was told via email that it could take up to 30 weeks to start processing in Buffalo, but it took much MUCH less time than that! I think they just give a high 'max' amount of time so they have some wiggle room :)

Thanks! Lets hope so! :)

But i haven't received a letter yet from London? Is that normal... I thought i was supposed to receive a letter after my case started processing.. It's been in process since 8th of July..

I never got one either, but I got verification via email and ecas.. so who knows.. at least they are working on your case!
