Additional documents request

Hi everyone,
We received additional documents request email from cic today. What is the best way to send them? Currier mail or email?

If it's something u can scan via email do that and also mail them via courier..

Hi,

What kind of additional documents did they ask for? Police Certificates and such?

I personally think the best way is still via paper mail. Especially with Police Certs. I sent it by Canada Post registered mail. But UPS or FedEx are probably way better.
