Hi Everyone,
CIC NDVO has asked me to provide the custody papers of the dependent issued from a local court. We submitted the custody papers which were framed with mutual agreement and agreed upon by both parties. CIC did not accepted it and requested to submit the court custody papers on or before April 11th, we have checked with the local court and it will take atleast 6-8 months. Will they give us this much time ? Will they stop processing the application till we submit this document? Is there anyway i could explain them to continue processing the application. Thanks
