Hii,
I live in Australia and my wife sponsored me from Canada.Our marriage was held in India.CIC asked for medical on 26th October ,2018. Medical was done on 5th November,2018 and was received by CIC on 7th November and the same day they asked for entry and exit stamps on passport during period of marriage. Is that normal and can I expect PPR soon?
 
They are verifying that you and your wife have visited each other during your marriage. It's an attempt to verify the validity of your marriage.

You did not specify when you submitted your application. You should expect, no matter when you have your medical, that the process will take approximately 12 months. Since they are now asking you for evidence that your marriage is actually valid, it may take you longer as they may have some doubts.
