Additional Document

Hi hoping someone can help.

I was asked to provide an additional document to CIC. I uploaded the documents two weeks ago and my MyCIC status still says:

"We need an additional document from the applicant"

Does anyone know how long it takes to review the documents and change the status to "Provided" or "Received"?

Do they have 28 days?

after uploading the documents, did u click "next" on the bottom of the page, u will land on a page where an electronic signature would be needed from the applicant, and then hit submit. Your status should change to "provided" then
