Additional Docs for Express Entry PNP e.g. Schedule 4, IMM5406, IMM5669

Do we need to provide all the below documents to attached with LOE while submitting PR application
1- Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees
2 - Nomination Certificate
3 - License details for regulated occupation
4 - Rejection letter of Previous File
5 - IMM5406 (additional family information)
6 - IMM5669 (Schedule A background/declaration form)
