Not sure if this query has come up before, but today I received a request to upload additional docs for my application:
1) <my UCI number> - <my name>:
2) > Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes – Provincial Nominees form
I guess for number 2, they just want to see an updated doc on amount of available funds, but what do I submit for number 1?
Did anyone have the same issue?

In other news, I called CIC today to inquire about the extension of my PGWP that I filed back in early October 2015. They informed that they had sent me the permit in mid-Jan but Canada Post returned it!!! WTF?
I have never had a problem with receiving letters/packages at my address, it's funny how I never received any notification from Canada Post even though my correct address and my contact number were listed on the envelope.
