Additional dependents form? still required if we have none? How to fill out?

Not really sure hot to fill out the IMM0008 - ADDITIONAL DEPENDENTS/DECLARATION form.
Do e still need to fill this out if we are a single person, with no spouse or dependents, coming alone ?>

In your case the Additional Family Information form will suffice since you declare the existence of siblings and children (natural or adopted)

Thanks. Do I still need to fill out in info about my parents and siblings in the 'Additional Family' form? If they are not dependents. And not coming to Canada...?

And what about the "using a representative form", if I am not using a rep.

Do I include the form and just put a line through the whole form?
Or don't include it at all?

So if I don't include the "Additional family" form or the "using a representative" form, then it's really just 5 forms + additional documents right?

your parents are not your family..... your family is your spouse and children....

if you are not using REP then no need to fill in the form......

While your parents do not constitute your family, you will have to give their information in the Additional Family Information. IMM 5406. No need to include the rep form.
