Additional dependents/declaration???

Hi everyone, I'm right at the end of the document checklist - spouse, and it asks you to double check that you have signed everything, one of them includes the Additional dependents/declaration IMM 0008(DEP). Ive never seen that form and its not even in the checklist saying I need to include it.... help I am quite confused!

Do you have dependents? If not no need to include.

The form can be found on cic website if you do need it.

I have no dependents therefore didnt include with my app.
