Additional Dependants/Declaration IMM 0008DEP

Hi
I'm confused about this form.
I'm sponsoring Father(principle applicant) and Mother(accompanying), no dependant child.
Am I supposed to include this form?
I've read on few other threads that this form is only if parents has dependant childs but line 10 has "Spouse" as one of the choice for Relationship to principal applicant, so I assumed I need to fill this out for mother?

As clearly stated in the guide, that form only applies if the PA has more than 5 dependents.
