Additional Dependants / Declaration Form

Question 1 asks for full name. Do they want the applicants ( my wife who is coming to Canada ) her kids names and info there ? If so she has 2 kids and there only asking about one person. Are all the questions on this (additional dependants/declaration form ) meant for her kids ?

Fill out one additional dependents form for EACH dependent. So child 1 goes on one form, and you can select "Add dependent" to get space for child 2.

The children's names go on the form you are referring to. Your wife is the principal applicant, her children are the dependents she is declaring on the forms.
