Does anyone knows when does the Additional Allocation Initiative happens for Hotel/Lodging and Food Services? I know that they had this initiative last 2012 and 2013. I've learned too that this takes place whenever there's a deficit on the number of Nominations per year.
Do you guys have any news/ideas about this?
