Adding Unemployment in Personal history?

I got invite from CIC for PR under CEC. I have shown actual experiences on the work history section. But I have unemployment periods during initial stages , around 6months. Is it OK add unemployments under personal history section? Will it be reason for rejection ?

It will not be a reason for rejection as long as you have sufficient work experience in your NOC. I have had unemployments and I have provided this info in "Persnal History" section. Do not worry.

Just mention these Unemployment period in your Personal Activities,
and you are more than fine.

It is totally normal. Include your unemployment periods, it will not harm you.

As long as you meet the requisite number of hours for EE, under either part time or full time work, you should be fine, unemployment does not change anything

As long the unemployment period is within your last 10 years you have to mention without gap atleast in personal history. Otherwise you will be asked for it

I had an unemployment of 1.5 years in my past 10 year history (from 2006 June to 2008 Jan). I have mentioned that appropriately in the personal history if CIC EE. Will there be any issues with my application. I have 8 years of exp for which I have claimed points (2008 Jan to 2016 June).

No, there will not be any issues for the period of unemployment as long as you have mentioned it in your personal history. In case the case officer asks for any explanation for the same, you should be in a position to justify your stand.

I got my ITA on 25th July 2017. In the personal activity section, I am asked to list all my activities in the past 10 years. I was unemployed for a period of almost 2 years. But during this time I was doing MBA under distance education. Do I need to mention this period as unemployed?
