adding spouse to the application

Hi,
I applied for CSQ on March 2010 from USA. I have not received the certificate. What about if I get married during the federal step, how can I add my spouse to the application? does she need to start the process from the beginning or only the federal part of it?

You add her to both parts. For the federal evaluation, you need to provide proof of your relationship. I don't know about proof for the CSQ requirements.
