Adding Spouse in PNP file for PR

Hello
I have added my wife to my PR file under PNP alberta on Feb 14,14 and they asked me to pay my landing fees now on 20th Feb ,14.
I am wondering how long does normally take to get medical for spouse? What will be the next course of action from CIC on my file.
Medical is awaited for my wife and i am done with medical on 25th Oct .2013.

Your input on the above matter will be highly appreicated!!!!
