My wife has applied her FSW PR application and the timeline indicates she will be receiving her PR in mid January 2020. We are expecting our child around new year, Assuming the baby comes around PPR, will she be able to add the child and me after PPR?
I am currently a Canadian PR but living outside Canada for 2 years . I plan to renounce my PR once she receives her PR to reset my outside Canada clock. She Cannot add me before that because I am still PR and will renounce once we are sure she receivees her PPR. The Addition of child will probably increase the processing time after PPR and my plan is to renounce and add myself. Can this be doable ? Has anyone has any experience?
