Adding spouse after receiving Invitation?

In my application, I mentioned that my wife will not be accompanying me and I received the invitation in the last draw. However, now we have some change in plan and I need some help with knowing the options that I have to declare my spouse accompanying.

If I declare her accompanying, my score goes down as she doesn't have the IELTS and WES done yet. They will be done within next 20 days though. Please let me know if i can do something.

Does your score drop down to below the minimum CRS score that was stated in the draw that awarded you your ITA? If it does, then you have to decline the Invitation and go back into the pool, update your profile to reflect the new information, then wait until you hopefully receive another invitation
