Dear aspirants,

I am an EE applicant with Jan 12 AOR.

We did not complete my wife's medicals (xray) due to pregnancy. We were blessed with a baby on 23rd June and I raised a webform enquiring where the newborn's docs can be uploaded. In response, I received this generic email.

We are due to complete the medicals for mother and newborn on 28th July. Here are the questions:

1. Should I send them the docs passport, meds etc through a webform as they do not seem to be interested in opening a placeholder?

2. Also, there is no timelime that I should be worried about? We will be sending the documents after 1 month and 5 days of birth.

Mostly, additional docs are sent via webform unless IRCC says otherwise.
As for the timeline, IRCC may mention a deadline of 30 days. If it's not explicitly mentioned, it shouldn't be a problem.

Can you please advise where I should look for this? In the response to my webform, I do not see this timeline mentioned. Should I raise a webform again so that they can be a little clearer?
