Adding New Born After Receiving PPR

Hi,

I received my PPR email, in the email it says "if there is any event after AOR must need to update CIC" recently we had a baby and I am planning to add my baby to the application. Could someone please tell me how long does take to get new PPR if I submit all the documents via IRCC webform. What are documents do I need to prepare.

Need advice and Help.
