I am applying for FSW.. i have my brother he is 22, living with me, still full time studying and i pay for his study living and everything after our father has passed away. Can i add him to my application ?
No, you can not add him to your application. After you get PR, if you move to Saskatchewan or Manitoba, you can sponsor him after living there for a year under the provincial nominee program as long as you both qualify. If you want to sponsor your mother, you can get mother and brother in one package under the federal system since he is a full time student since before age 22 and financially dependent on her. In that case, you don't have to have been a PR for any amount of time but you would have to show income and the sponsorship takes longer, at least 2 years.
