I just got my LMIA approved and I want to add it to my EE profile. Right now I'm under a bridging open work permit (my last EE application got refused, but I got my bridging work permit approved before they refused my EE application). I've been working in Canada since then and here's my issue on the form:
1. Are you currently working in canada?
My answer must be yes
2. Do you have a valid work permit for the current job in canada?
Yes, it's the BOWP.
3. Is your job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
Well, can't be since I don't currently have a closed work permit, I'm under the BOWP and that's an open work permit. So my answer should be no.
4. Have you been working full-time for the employer on your current work permit for at least one year?
I have been working for the person that got me the LMIA for more than one year, but I think the question is more about my work permit which has nothing to do with my current job since it's an open work permit. So I'm confused here on what should I select. Yes or No? I'd say No?
5. Four digit noc code of current work permit
Here we go again, I don't have a closed work permit, so I don't have a NOC stated there. This question is required to be answered and I don't know what to add.
